INSTABEV – RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Instabev reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

TO INITIATE A RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR STORE CREDIT REQUEST

Please email info@instabev.net with the following information:

  1. Full Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Item(s) Being Returned
  4. Reason for Return or Exchange

Please note that all returned merchandise is subject to a final inspection once it arrives at our warehouse. Instabev reserves the right to approve or deny any return based on the condition of the item.

STORE CREDIT

Approved store credits will be issued via email in the form of a digital discount code, which may be used toward future purchases. Store credits do not expire.

Store credit amounts are based on the purchase price paid for the item(s), excluding any shipping charges. If you have questions regarding your store credit, please contact info@instabev.net.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

DISCOUNTED ORDERS

Items purchased during promotional periods that include automatic discounts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Store credit only will be issued—no exceptions.

If an item purchased using a discount code is returned, store credit will be issued for the amount actually paid. Discount codes may not be reused on replacement purchases.

RETURN WINDOW

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.

After the 14-day period has expired, refunds will no longer be available. Any approved return inquiries submitted after 14 days will be eligible for store credit only.

Instabev reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
